Process for DAE’s Annual Engagement Survey

  1. An email is sent to staff regarding survey.
  2. Once the survey closes the survey results are shared with DAE's leadership team, the engagement group and all staff.
  3. Employee Engagement group meets to discuss survey results.
  4. Engagement group makes recommendations to help improve areas that need improvement on the survey.
  5. Once the engagement group has recommendations the group meets with DAE leadership to share the recommendations.
  6. The group either moves forward with their recommendations or regroups for discussion on recommendations.
