Process for DAE’s Annual Engagement Survey
- An email is sent to staff regarding survey.
- Once the survey closes the survey results are shared with DAE's leadership team, the engagement group and all staff.
- Employee Engagement group meets to discuss survey results.
- Engagement group makes recommendations to help improve areas that need improvement on the survey.
- Once the engagement group has recommendations the group meets with DAE leadership to share the recommendations.
- The group either moves forward with their recommendations or regroups for discussion on recommendations.
